Legend has it that somewhere in the woods at the end of the trolley tracks lurk the things that nightmares are made of. This fall a lonely trolley will carry passengers down the tracks to the gate. The choice is yours… enter if you dare!

The Haunted Isle is rated S “spooky” We do not recommend this attraction for any children under 10 years of age, anyone that is pregnant, has a heart condition, asthma or if you are prone to seizures.  Please use your best judgment when deciding if this event is for you.  We want you to enjoy it.

If you have any disabilities that will prevent you from walking through the trail unassisted, please see our security staff and we can provide a guide to help you through.

The attraction consists of flashing strobe lights, loud noises, fog machines, small places, dark places, actors that jump out at you, props that spring out at you and many other scary things.  The trail is located in the woods and is lit but still very dark with uneven ground.  Do not enter the attraction if you cannot easily make it through this type of terrain.  We will not refund your money if you have to leave.

We are taking all precautions to keep our actors and customers safe. In compliance with Government, state, city and town regulations, therefore all costumers are required to wear face masks while attending events. We are taking measurements to adhere to the 6 ft distance rule.  


SAFETY OF OUR GUESTS

  • Physical Distancing: Practicing physical distancing by keeping at least 6 feet between your party and others as well as one way foot traffic.
  • Face Coverings: All guests are required to wear a face covering during their visit.
  • Enhanced Sanitation: Hand sanitizer will be available in select locations,  exiting and entering trolleys at The Haunted Isle, before entering the attraction, and at the souvenir  stand. 
  • Changes: Scenes that have involved hanging props containing fabric, cloth or set dressing have been removed. Characters will wear face coverings, maintain social distancing, and in some cases be separated via physical set barriers.
  • Temperature Checks: Guests maybe subject to temperature checks at The Shoreline Trolley Museum.
  • Follow Cast Member Direction: Please follow directions from our cast members and have patience as we work through these new operational procedures.


SAFETY OF OUR VOLUNTEERS

  • Temperature Check: All volunteer temperatures will be checked upon arrival, and volunteers with a temperature of 99.9 degrees or greater will not be allowed to volunteer.
  • Volunteer Tracking: Nights, times, and placement of all volunteers are recorded.
  • Face Coverings: All volunteers are required to wear face coverings.
  • Physical Distancing: Volunteers will refrain from entering the personal space of guests, also many characters will be separated via physical set barriers.
  •  Prop Sanitization: Props and high contact areas will be sanitized and disinfected at the beginning of every event, every during the event and every night after events.

 

 An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. In addition to these new and evolving guidelines, We Reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone, now extending to anyone exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19. 

RUles

No smoking, vaping, eating, drugs, or alcohol allowed inside the attraction.  

No backpacks, large purses, high heel shoes, open toe shoes  or strollers are allowed.  The attraction is a 45 minute walk through the woods and it is dark.  Closed toed shoes are needed for this event.

No weapons of any kind allowed on the grounds.

Guest are subject to bag checks and metal detector in order to secure the safety of our guests and our volunteers.

No running 

Do not swear at the actors, we do have minors acting, Be Respectful.

There are close Quarters do not touch the actors or Props, the Actors will not touch you.

No Videos, Photos, or flashlights (this cellphones with flashes on)

Keep cell phones and personal belongings securely tucked away, we are not responsible for lost or damaged items.

Ticket info

Haunted Isle tickets are non-refundable. Please read the following carefully. The Haunted Isle is not recommended for children. Once tickets are purchased, they can not be refunded so it is very important that you understand all of the details listed below.

Tickets are time slotted for a specific date and time, to allow for safe capacity. Tickets are $20 each both online and at The Trolley Museum please be sure to check the website below for ticket availability. The Haunted Isle experience consists of a short trolley car ride (about 5 minutes each way), which will drop you off at the Isle itself, where you will be walking along an unlit trail through the woods where our ghouls, goblins and ghosts will do their best to scare you. Plan to spend at least an hour at the Isle exclusive of time spent waiting in line.
